Die rechtliche Gestaltung ist ein bedeutendes Instrument moderner Gesellschaften, Standards für das soziale Leben zu setzen. Die Art und Weise, wie dies erreicht wird, kann zwischen verschiedenen Rechtsordnungen und Rechtskulturen variieren.
